It was late at night, and by no means did I want the night to end.
So I ended up in a bar, and got acquainted with two nice and attractive young women.
We — well, especially I — had too much to drink, and in the end they invited me inside an apartment.
(Come to drink of it, I am not sure they had drunk a lot. They were drinking very slowly as a matter of fact. And constantly offered my new drinks.)
We had a pleasant time together — at least that is what I remember.
Because there is a gap in my memory.
The next thing I do remember is that I walked home — this was a walk of about ten miles, and it was almost painful — and when I finally was in bed, the sun was rising, and people were heading off to work.
When I woke up in the afternoon, I could only remember the bits I wrote about in this answer.
The pleasant bits.
Later that day, I discovered that all the money in my wallet was gone.
It had mysteriously disappeared in the dark of night, during my blackout.
