If a fighter pilot has to land on a non-supported runway and has to get out of the aircraft, how does he get back in without the ladders if he needs to?

It depends on the aircraft. Many fighters have built in ladders. Consider this F-35:

For fighters not so equipped, it’s usually possible to use something likely at the airport anyway – a ladder for boarding smaller airliners or regional jets, for example:

Most fighters don’t have their cockpits all that far off the ground, and rigging something up at an airport that services at least small jets is unlikely to be a big challenge.
