A Vietnamese man by the name Le Van, dug up her wife’s dead body from the graveyard and has been sleeping with her on the same bed for over 16 years.
Le Van and his wife, Pham Thi Suong were married in 1975. They had an “arranged” marriage as their parents had arranged their union when they were still very young.
His wife passed away in 2003. After she was buried Van missed her so much that he was sleeping at the cemetery, on his wife’s grave.
When the weather condition got so bad he dug up her bones, made a hollow statue in the shape of a woman using plaster, cement, glue and sand. He then put his wife’s remains inside.
